Terms and conditions :- First an apology, I don't like having to have terms and conditions but I have to be business-like, apologies to the thousands of honest eBayers out there!

1) I only purchase parts, etc., that I would like on my own car. I try hard to only sell first class parts. If my purchases turn out otherwise, I either return them, make them into first class parts or keep their integral parts for turning poor, future purchases into first class ones.

2) The photographs you see are not "typical" but are of the actual item I am offering.

3) Contact must be made within 3 days of the end of the auction.

4) Payment must be received within 5 days of the end of the auction.

5) When you have received and are pleased with your purchase, please reflect this is your "Feedback". If you are displeased for any reason, please contact me asap that we might seek an amicable solution.

6) If you bid / win an item by mistake please contact me to resolve.

7) If contact and payment is not made within the above time limits, the item will be relisted and I will use the non-paying bidder process to recover my fees.

8) I always obtain proof of posting and, where possible, tracking. The latter will be posted with the sold item. In cases of non-delivery it will be up to you to claim.

9) If you want your item(s) sent recorded, expedited, overnight, etc., delivery at additional cost to you, please make this request by asking me for an invoice and stating this in the "comments" section.

10) If you purchase more than one item I will do my best to save you money on shipping. You will pay the specified shipping amounts in each case and I will subsequently refund you any savings.

11) If you are an international buyer, please be patient as delivery can be delayed by customs procedures. All customs duties and any other such charges, etc., are clearly your responsibility.  Due to the lack of respect for mailed items in some countries, I will not be held responsible for loss, damage, etc., of an item/s while in international transit.  That is what insurance is for.

12) I do my level best to be a good communicator and I will email you when your item is dispatched.

13) A reminder - If you are satisfied with your purchase, please post positive Feedback as soon as possible. If you are not satisfied for any reason please contact me to try and seek a resolution of the problem. My reputation is very important to me for obvious reasons.

14) All returns are at buyer's expense and any refund/s will be for the actual item price/s excluding all non-refundable eBay and Paypal fees and all outbound shipping costs.

15) Items to be returned will only be accepted by prior, written and mutual agreement and if they are in exactly the same condition as when they left me.
