Up for auction is a complete exhaust system for Jaguar MK VII with standard shift.  It is made of Type 304 Stainless Steel and includes the clamps needed to hold it together as well as the bracket for the tailpipe.  It is a high quality system and was used once, when I fired up an engine in a Mark 7, and has less than an hour of run time on it.  I have marked it used, although it is really brand new.

Here is a chance to finally get a decent fitting exhaust system for your standard shift MK VII.  Get rid of that cobbled up Midas system, I know it fits because I had it on a MK VII.  The tail pipe has a nicely polished end, like the chrome tipped steel originals.  You will not be disappointed.

I will ship it in three boxes, the front pipe will be in one box, the muffler in another, and the two pipes will be taped together and wrapped in cardboard.  Ebay will not allow me to calculate shipping on multiple boxes so ignore the listed shipping cost.  Contact me through eBay for a good estimate.

Kia will replace the Picanto city car in spring 2011 - and these are the first pictures of the new 2011 small car. The production Picanto will be shown at the Geneva motor show in March, with UK sales slated to begin soon after 'from late spring 2011.' It's yet another design from Kia's European styling studio in Germany led by ex-Audi man Peter Schreyer. This time a three-door will be sold alongside the five-door Picanto.

2012 Mini roadster revealed

Sat, 29 Oct 2011

Mini has revealed the definitive production version of its 2012 roadster. Sister car to the recently introduced coupe, alongside which it will be built at Mini's Oxford plant in England, the compact two-seater arrives a little more than two years after it was first shown in lightly veiled concept car guise at the 2009 Frankfurt motor show. Rival to the enduring Mazda Miata, the Mini roadster is planned to make its public debut at the Detroit auto show in January prior to going on sale in North America in mid-2012.

Thu, 08 May 2014

Cadillac is recalling certain 2013 model year SRX crossovers for an issue that can cause a three to four second lag in acceleration due to a problem with the transmission control module. Such a lag may increase the risk of a crash, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. This recall concerns only the SRX models equipped with the 3.6-liter V6 engine, and the affected vehicles were manufactured between May 29, 2012 and June 26, 2013.
