Greetings:

Up for bid is a set of 3 NOS SU carburetor overflow pipes. They are approximately 21.5" in length and will have to be bent to your particular fitting. To avoid kinking, I used a "spring" tubing bender, which worked perfectly. I did unbrazed one of the banjo fittings (shown in the picture) so you'll have to rebraze it together. I'll also throw in (not shown) an original pipe (approx. 20" in length--no fitting) from my old 66 E. Be sure to check out my other Jaguar E-Type items listed on E-Bay. As I'm slowly finishing my goaled 100 pt. restoration, please be sure to check back frequently (and/or tag me into your favorite seller list) as I'll be adding many more NOS and rare used items throughout the months to come.

Thanks for looking and good luck. Bob

BMW 5-series (2010) photos and video of new F10

Mon, 23 Nov 2009

Let’s start with the tech: BMW claims the new 5-series is the first car in its class to feature start-stop tech, an eight-speed automatic transmission and double wishbone front suspension. The new 5-series is also the first BMW to get the company's new Park Assist tech, slotting the car into a space by twiddling the wheel, leaving the driver to operate on the accelerator and brake pedals. A bit like a VW Touran, then.

To celebrate, the company is introducing two special 100th Anniversary Editions of the Charger and Challenger at the Los Angeles Auto Show. John and Horace Dodge were already making a decent living supplying parts to Detroit’s burgeoning automotive industry when they decided to introduce their own car, the Dodge Model 30, in 1914.

New SEAT Leon SC: Price from £15,370

Tue, 02 Apr 2013

The new SEAT Leon SC (3-door), which debuted at the Geneva Motor Show last month, will cost from £15,370 for the S 1.2TSI. Not only is the Leon SC cheaper than the Hatch, SEAT has gone to some trouble to differentiate the two with the SC getting a lower roofline, more steeply raked windscreen and new tailgate, as well as being 35mm shorter. Despite which the Leon SC still has decent leg and head room in the back and a boot that’s as big as the Leon hatch.
