Panama City Beach, Florida, United States
Condition:Used

We sold this vehicle to a gentleman in 2010 who enjoyed 20,000 trouble free miles before the car stalled several times in the IRS parking lot. (Adding insult to injury) The car has now covered 94,000 miles confirmed on the carfax we downloaded on the car. We suspected a timing chain tensioner failure but the customer bought another vehicle from us rather than wait for repairs.  We advertised the vehicle on Craigslist for $2500 with no response and would think that he is now willing to take half that price with a clear Florida title.
We  offered to part out the car as we cannot find a buyer so we are listing it piece by piece and you are more than welcome to contact us for a specific part that we will create a separate auction for. The car is immaculate  and retains that new car smell inside. It has special Jaguar custom wheels and you can see from the bolt pattern they will fit other vehicles.
We are starting with the ENGINE and transmission later (offers)  which are shown in the first 4 photos. Please note  you are looking at the exact engine  and transmission listed not some google image. I drove the car at its last service and can confirm the shifting and manual operation was smooth an seamless.  Shipping is at your expense of course although we will happily drain the oil and provide a pallet free of charge for the engine long block complete with heads, sump  and timing cover,. Please see below for the items we will ship for an agreed buy it now  price.
My number is 850  238 1602  to discuss your requirements but please do not expect an immediate response to texts or emails

Think City EV Cup Edition (2010) first official pictures

Wed, 30 Jun 2010

Manufacturers have been trying to make their racers more economical for some time now; Audi and Peugeot have produced diesel Le Mans winners and CAR reviewed the Porsche GT3 R Hybrid in the June 2010 issue, but this the most recent fully electric offering from Norwegian company Think.   Think has followed the traditional road-racer conversion for this one-off prototype, by stripping out most of the interior and space for the passenger, using Perspex instead of glass in the windows, installing a solitary lightweight bucket seat and lowering the centre of gravity. The company claims the diet reduces the Think's weight by nearly 70kg; that's the same saving as a Lamborghini Gallardo Superlegerra, remember.

Mercedes A45 AMG (2013) first pictures of new hot hatch

Wed, 13 Feb 2013

This is the Mercedes A45 AMG: the first time Merc’s in-house tuning arm has tried its hand at building a hot hatch. Packing 355bhp, all-wheel drive and a seven-speed dual-clutch paddleshift transmission, the A45 AMG will outpace a Porsche 911, but cost less than £40,000. It’s on UK sale from July 2013, but if you can’t wait that long, Merc’s baby barnstormer is appearing at the Geneva motor show from 5 March 2013.

Range Rover (2011): first pictures, new V8

Thu, 17 Jun 2010

Land Rover might only have revised the Range Rover last summer, but there’s now a new version, complete with a bigger and better 4.4-litre TDV8, plus it's available as a limited-run Autobiography Black special edition to celebrate the car’s 40th birthday. For a start the engine has grown from 3.6 to 4.4-litres, but still retains the twin sequential turbochargers. That means 309bhp (up from 267bhp), while the torque figures climbs from 472lb ft to 516lb ft.
