“Has 2 good studs at bottom, should be chased with a die, has 2 good threads, but should be cleaned with a tap.. Has a broken bolt in top, that holds heat shield. Would need to be extracted if heat shield is being used.”

This is a good exhaust manifold, Front. for late series II or series III with fuel injection.The 2 lower studs are good, but should be chased with a die. The 2  lower stud threads are  good, but should be cleaned with a tap... Buy Jaguar studs, do NOT use American studs. They are a few dollars each from SNG Barratt. The top bolt that holds the heat shield is broken. If you use a heat shield, you will need to drill and extract it; if you do not; leave it alone..Please contact me  with questions , Contact me T. 1954JAGUARS or  C. anytime  dial 1954JAGPART... The Jaguar E-Type Growler As you can’t have failed to notice, 2011 is the Jaguar E-Type’s 50th anniversary and Jaguar are busy making sure everyone knows it. From the original Geneva E-Type show car at this year’s Geneva Motor Show on through being an iconic part of this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed, the E-Type will be everywhere. Which may have something to do with the inspiration – and timing - behind Swedish firm Visualtech’s plans to build an E-Type for the 21st century.
