Nissan recalls Altima sedan for suspension fix
Mon, 01 Aug 2011Nissan is recalling about 20,000 Altima sedans from the 2011 and 2012 model years to fix a transverse link bolt that might not have been torqued to the proper specification. Altimas built between April 25 and June 10 at the Canton, Miss., plant are affected by the recall. The bolt could come loose while the vehicle is being driven.

In his new role, Falk will lead and develop an emerging design organization which will cover both production design and advanced/strategic activities for the Volvo brand. Chrysler Shakes Up Design Leadership

The automaker has promoted three men from within to head design for its Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep brands. These freshly created positions - part of a broader restructuring effort - will report to Ralph Gilles, senior vice president of product design.
