 Here are some freshly cut "tapered" louvers formed in aluminum sheet. The rear louvers are eight inches across, with five inch louvers at the front, the length of the group is 22" with the inboard edges being in a straight line, so the "offset" is to the outside. 

These are designed to be "let in" to the underside of a 120 bonnet, and then  externally "framed and riveted". I can make louvered panels to your pattern, in many types of metal. I've formed louvers in both steel and aluminum as well as brass and copper. There are many applications for racing or custom car projects. Aluminum is .063 (1/16") thick! Thanks for your interest!

Maybach Axed We’ve been preidtcing the demise of Maybach for some time. After all, who wants an old S Class with chintzy trim and lots of toys for more money than a Rolls Royce Phantom? And now it seems that Daimler has also realised their revival of the Maybach has fallen flat on its face (except in Germany and to a pair from the Dragons’ Den) and it’s time to move on.
