  • Adaptors are built with aircraft quality Stainless Steel and Anodized Aluminum bar stock, not castings, which are porous.

  • Installation is easy; no more effort than changing an oil filter cartridge.
  • Oil filter Cartridge mounts on a 1" spigot, same as Jaguar has used since 1975.
  • Any spin-on cartridge for any 6 cylinder Jaguar will fit,

My eBay feedback isn't working but I do want to let you know how pleased
I am with your product.  If I had only found it first, I could have saved a
month of wasted time and frustration.  Your product makes the competitive
unit look like a complete junk.  I will let everyone in my various car clubs
know how far superior your adaptors are.  Before finally getting the
competitive unit to stop leaking, I found it is prone to three different failure
modes.  It was so out of round that it had to be put into a lathe to get it round
enough to fit against the o-ring.  The threaded sleeve is so poorly threaded
that when you think you are turning on the filter, you are actually turning the
the sleeve further into the base unit, leaving the filter hanging by only a single
thread.  And finally the nut that is supposed to lock the sleeve in place,
bottoms out on some filters, so there is not enough pressure on the filter's
gasket to keep it from blowing out.  In each instance the filter looks ok.

Kia Quoris is production name for equally daft Kia K9

Wed, 18 Jul 2012

Kia has decided that its range-topping take on the BMW 7 Series should enter the market as the Kia Quoris. We can understand why Kia made the decision to seek a name for its new range-topping saloon for markets outside South Korea. After all, Kia K9 has a distinctly ‘pooch’ feel in the West (not to mention Dr Who’s sidekick), and chuck in the Korean predilection for eating man’s best friend and you have a PR problem along the lines of the Mitsubishi Pajero in Spain.

Red Dragon Ford 350 Monster Truck joins Top Gear Live +video

Red Dragon Ford 350 Monster Truck joins Top Gear Live If you enjoy Top Gear on the TV, you’ll love Top Gear Live. No, you don’t get the ‘road-trips’, but you do get complete petrolhead mayhem of a sort the BBC probably couldn’t live with on air. Case in point is this year’s addition to Top Gear Live madness, a 1308bhp custom-built Ford 350 Super Duty Monster Truck which stands 11′ high and shoots fridge-freezers – and anything else weighing up to 650kgs – 80 yards from an air cannon mounted on the back.
