Policies

We sell antiques, collectible, and vintage items. Items may contain minor dusting, soiling, usage marks, and blemishes caused by natural aging and use. To preserve the integrity of an item we decided not to clean or restore them. We leave the cleaning decision up to you. All items are being sold as collectibles. Every so often we do list some new items which we clearly state in the description.

Condition Chart:

We do try our best to match the product to the condition below.

MINT: Brand new and never used. No visible flaws in appearance. First quality. Most antique and vintage items will not fall in this category. However, there are some old back stock still in the market and highly sought after.

EXCELLENT: Upon close inspection some very minor signs of use or wear, but no serious flaws. Highly prized antique and vintage items. Condition usually can't be upgraded or any better.

VERY GOODObviously used but kept in great condition and well cared for. Displays normal signs of use and wear but no abuse.

GOODClearly used enough to cause noticeable signs of wear. Overall still in collectible condition. Offers satisfaction of owning a long sought after piece. The collectible condition is still tolerated by most collectors.

FAIRUsed extensively, many cosmetic flaws and signs of wear. Still holds collectible desire based on availability, uniqueness and character. Usually purchased by collectors if an item is rare and not ready available on the open market or as a restoration project. Makes for a nice filler piece.

POORUsed extensively with abundant and major cosmetic flaws. Sold "AS IS" for decorative use only. Makes for a nice filler collectible until a better one can be obtained. Displays lots of use and age character. For the collector who likes to restore or just desires the primitive rustic look of an abused aged item.

The condition listed is a personal opinion. We try to give a fair opinion based on our experience.

The pictures are taken from actual items. Please kindly take a look carefully before buying. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Only bikers avoid commute stress, says study

Mon, 30 Jun 2014

MOTORCYCLES, scooters and mopeds are among the modes of transport least likely to affect your general wellbeing, according to a government travel survey. The Office for National Statistics released a report earlier this year examining the impact of commuting patterns on people’s levels of anxiety, happiness and satisfaction. For journeys up to 30 minutes there was no negative effect on levels of happiness or anxiety for those who rode a motorcycle, moped or scooter to work.

Chevrolet Orlando MPV Paris debut

Thu, 26 Aug 2010

The Chevrolet Orlando MPV (left) seems a bit bland after the concept (right) Chevrolet first penned the idea of the Chevrolet Orlando with a concept in 2008 (which you can see on the right in the picture above). That has now turned in to the production Orlando which will debut at the Paris Motor Show in October, but it does seem to have lost something in the process of going from concept to production. Quelle surprise (well, it is the Paris Motor Show).
