Shipping Terms:
We currently ship packages within the United States and its outer lying territories. International customers please contact us for special shipping instruction. All shipments are automatically insured for customers protection and require a signature upon delivery. There is no tracking service available for deliveries via US Postal Service. We recommend that someone be available to accept the package. For security reasons, we will only ship to street addresses, not to PO Boxes. Shipping charges are based on the total weight or dimensional weight of your order but your items may arrive in more than one box. Orders will be processed and shipped once we receive payment authorization and shipped within 3-5 business days if in stock. 3TeShop does not guarantee a delivery date for items that are out of stock and/or back-ordered. 3TeShop is not liable for shipping time or delays that occur after item is in transit. Buyer must notify us for any special shipping arrangements. All shipments that are refused or undeliverable are subjected to additional shipping costs and/or the restocking fee of 25%. If you have received an incorrect item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item.


Use and Protection of Customer Information:

3TeShop will only maintain information relevant to helping us identify and address customers' needs and interests. The primary use of the information you provide is for billing purposes and order fulfillment. To process your credit card and to ship your order, these parties receive only the information required for them to perform these services. Damaged/Lost Items:
All items purchased from 3TeShop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible or liable for items that you receive that is damaged by the shipping carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or the US Post Office. Upon delivery of the items please inspect the product boxes; if they are damaged refuse the delivery or report the damaged items to the shipping carrier and request the carrier to investigate and inspect the damaged items and send 3TeShop a copy of the inspection report. It is imperative that you request the carrier to contact 3TeShop at 626-369-2222 Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm. Do not install or use if items have physical damage when it's received. 3TeShop shall under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damage, including loss of profit, when using, installing, or operating items purchased by customer.

Return of Product Purchased at 3TeShop:

All sales are final at 3TeShop. There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS. All orders in transit cannot be cancelled. In case a manufacturing defect is found or you have received an incorrect item, we will provide a replacement or exchange for incorrect items, but all manufacture defective items must be forwarded to original manufacturer for warranty return. (Returned items will be on an exchange only basis.) Requests for replacement or exchanges are only allowed within 5 days of delivery date. Return authorization is required from 3TeShop for any returned items, and can be obtained by calling us at 626-369-2222 Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm.  Please contact us prior to returning any items. Otherwise the return will be void. Each item must be returned in the original condition as it was sent. Include all original material sent with the item. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.

Return/Shipping Policy:

Must follow RMA / Return Process. RMA# (number) must accompany the returned items.
• RMA# can only be issued by 3TeShop Contact us via email for more information and complete the RMA process (rma@3teshop.com).
• Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt.
• All shipping fees and charges are assumed / responsibility of the customer.

Drivers believe potholes 'are out of control'

MOST DRIVERS (67%) think the pothole problem in the UK is getting out of control and the government and councils are not doing enough to solve the problem. Research by the Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM) has found 65% of female drivers and 69% of male drivers are very unhappy with the condition of the UK’s roads. The IAM cites a lack of communication between councils and drivers for this situation as a third (34% ) of drivers believe councils are reducing the amount they spend on road maintenance but 60% of drivers admit they don’t know if budgets are genuinely being cut.
