Our shipping warehouse is located in Oakland, California and we do offer free local pick-up by appointment.

Most items will ship within 1-3 Business Days from when payment is received through Paypal. Large items that require crate building or use of a pallet can take up to 10 Business Days to ship. All items will be shipped through UPS, USPS or a Freight Carrier depending on their weight and destination.
We pack our products safely and securely using bubble wrap, foam, popcorn and new boxes.
