This is an Original Genuine JDM MAZDA COSMO AP Parts List Catalog. Also known as RX-5 or 121. Published in October 1975. Measurement 187 mm x 130 mm x 25 mm. 428 pages with diagrams and part numbers in Japanese language. Hard to obtain since originally released to dealerships in Japan only, never intended for public use. There are normal wear or dirt from use or storage and may be some notes. Well-used but still fit for service. Please see photos for details. All of my items are used and sold as-is. I would be glad to combine other items to save shipping costs. Toyota reveals safety research car at CES
Mon, 07 Jan 2013One day before the International Consumer Electronics Show opened its doors in Las Vegas, Toyota took the wraps off the highest-tech Lexus LS ever made. The car -- with spinning sensors and probing lasers galore -- is meant to demonstrate safety features that could be coming to production cars someday soon. Called the Advanced Safety Research Vehicle, it sure looked like some of the autonomous self-driving vehicles we saw at the DARPA Challenge, but Toyota stressed that a robot car is not the goal.
Bruce Meyer: A good guy gets recognition
Tue, 03 Jan 2012Bruce Meyer, one of the best ambassadors of the collector-car hobby, will be honored as an "Automotive Icon" at the 30th anniversary of the Dana Point Concours d'Elegance, June 23-24, 2012, in Dana Point, Calif. Meyer's list of boosterism for the car hobby is long and impressive. He was the founding chairman of the Petersen Automotive Museum and founder of the museum's support group the Checkered Flag 200, he was inducted into the Dry Lakes Hall of Fame and the Grand National Roadster Show Hall of Fame, and he has driven in the Italian Mille Miglia, the French Tour Auto, the Goodwood Festival of Speed and on the Bonneville Salt Flats in the United States.
New Lexus IS UK debut
Fri, 15 Mar 2013The 2013 Lexus IS – revealed at the Detroit Motor Show – gets its UK public debut at the Ideal Home Show at Earls Court. The Ideal Home Show may not seem the obvious place for Lexus to show the new IS, but Lexus are the headline motor sponsors for the event and you can’t argue with the footfall; footfall that is probably predominantly bang on the Lexus target demographic. And the target demographic for Lexus may be a bit surprised that the new IS is a chunk more dynamic looking than its predecessor, with statement looks – taking cues from the LF-CC Concept – that make the new IS a far more appealing prospect.
