This second annual event saw the number of universities involved rise from 40 to 86 with over 500 projects submitted which the organizing committee whittled down to just 30 finalists. Man arrested for stealing same Ferrari twice

Earnie Hooks, of Los Angeles, was arrested last week behind the wheel of the 250,000 dollar (£155,000) car, the Riverside Press-Enterprise said. Court records said he has pleaded not guilty to car theft and resisting police.
