    • Pro-Series titanium retainers are CNC-machined in-house from certified medical grade titanium. The Titanium retainers are designed to significantly reduce overall valvetrain mass and are machined to extremely close tolerances in order to ensure properly installed spring heights and pressures. It has been supplying titanium retainers to professional race cars and street cars for nearly a decade  and are used on all race project cars.

Set to go on sale across Europe in October, the new sporting wagon was given a production go-ahead by Mercedes boss Dieter Zetsche following positive reaction to the earlier E-class-based ConceptFascination prototype car unveiled at the 2008 Paris motor show and the subsequent CLS shooting brake show car wheeled out at the 2010 Beijing motor show. A Spanish website claims to have stumbled across the technical design sketches at a European patent office and – if authentic – they spill the beans on the new plug-in hybrid electric concept car that’s bound for a showroom near you within two years. The Ampera is Opel/Vauxhall’s version of the Chevrolet Volt, the breakthrough car that could just save GM if it survives its current crisis.
