This is an Original JDM YAMAHA FX50 Genuine Parts List Catalog. Published in 5/1972. Measurements: 182 mm x 128 mm x 5 mm. 94 pages with diagrams and part numbers in Japanese language. Hard to obtain since originally released to dealerships in Japan only, never intended for public use. There are normal wear or dirt from use or storage and may be some notes. It’s not a car we’ll be getting in the UK and Europe, but the new Peugeot 301 is important nonetheless as Peugeot expect it to be one of their biggest sellers. Coming in at 4440mm long – which is a bit bigger than a 308 but smaller than a 508 – the Peuegot 301 is a saloon car that’s being built in Spain and aimed at the car markets in Turkey, Eastern Europe, Russia, Ukraine, Greece, Middle East and Africa.
California racetrack serves wine in a can
Fri, 29 Apr 2011A NASCAR race may be a prime place for knocking back cold beers, but those looking to class up their racing libations can now reach for a chilled Flasq wine in an aluminum can shaped like a bottle. Sonoma Valley, Calif.'s, Infineon Raceway, the site of one of NASCAR's road-course races, has entered into a partnership with California-based Flasq, which is domestic wine sold in quick-chilling and 100 percent recyclable bottles. Starting with this weekend's Ferrari challenge, Flasq will be available at the track throughout the 2011 racing season.
Wiedeking to be offered $140 million to quit Porsche, report says
Fri, 17 Jul 2009Porsche CEO Wendelin Wiedeking could be offered a $141 million (100 million euros) payoff to quit the sports car maker to make way for a merger with Volkswagen, Germany's Sueddeutsche Zeitung newspaper reported Friday. The newspaper said Wiedeking has been visited by Porsche Chairman Wolfgang Porsche in the past few days, who “made it clear” that the embattled CEO should step down. Wiedeking has come under fire for allowing Porsche's holding company to amass debts of more than $12.7 billion (9 billion euros) during a failed attempt to take over VW.
