Set of 8 used JE / SRP pistons part# 258247. BBC open chamber head 4.500" bore size 1.270 comp. height , for 4.250 stroke with 6.385" rod. The picture on the box is the set that replaced these. same piston with 4.530 bore.  #6 piston has bad scuffing , the rest should clean up well. These were in a boat , had about 6 hours on them.

The annual Spring Show has been a tradition at The Cleveland Institute of Art in for over 15 years. The event started as an exhibition of senior transportation design work, but quickly evolved into an all-inclusive design exhibition for cars, products, toys, furniture, interior design and communication design. All design students are invited to create displays of their work, with sophomores and juniors focusing on obtaining internships, while graduates vie for full-time positions.

It seemed like a good idea: take the cost of batteries out of the cost of buying an electric car and instead charge EV owners to use ‘Battery Swap’ stations where depleted batteries could be swapped for fully charged ones in the time it takes to fill an ICE car with petrol. But it’s all gone a bit Pete Tong. Better Place – which partnered with Renault in 2009 to make the battery swap technology viable – has failed to find anyone to add to the $750 million already involved in the project and has filed for bankruptcy.
