LOADED MEANING, HEADLIGHTS ~ DIRECTIONALS ~ CORNERING LIGHTS ~ BLACK GRILL ~ BLACK HEADLIGHT BEZEL AND THE HEADLIGHT WIRING HARNESS. IT ALSO HAS THE HARNESS FOR THE FOG LIGHTS. IT HAS ONE HAIR LINE, MINOR CRACK, AND ONE CHIPS IN THE PAINT ON THE TOP EDGE OF THE PANEL, AND MINOR STONE CHIPS, AS I TRIED TO SHOW IN THE PICTURES. IT IS CLEAN AND VERY USABLE. NO BROKEN PARTS.
