The Peugeot 207 Sportium It’s moving metal time again; that slow old time that starts once the new September registration fever has worn off, and before the new year arrives. And one of the best ways to move metal – or at least get punters to come and have a look – is to launch a limited edition model with some cut-price kit bolted on. CAP – used car value experts - have revealed that Overfinch enhancements to Land Rover vehicles retain their value on used cars. It’s all very well paying an aftermarket customiser to make your new pride and joy more individual, but you can probably kiss goodbye to most of what you’ve spent when it comes time to trade in your car. But it appears that there is one aftermarket customiser whose enhancements hold their value when it comes time to sell – Overfinch.

Mercedes SLS AMG – production begins

The Mercedes SLS AMG has gone in to production in Germany I don’t know why – as Mercedes hadn’t previously announced it – but we guessed that they’d already started to put the Mercedes SLS AMG in to production ready for the first customer cars to start hitting in the Spring. But apparently they’ve only just started. The SLS AMG is due to arrive in Germany at the end of March at a base price of €177,310 and is being produced at the Mercedes factory in Sindelfengen, Germany.
