This Winch Bumper has the highest clearance possible without being above the frame rail. It tightly fits the Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ from 1993-1998 close to the body and headlights without gaps.
This bumper comes with reinforced gussets welded inside the bumper for extra support and 1/4 “tie in mounting plates for install.
It has 3/16 “center section and lower plates. The material is laser cut from A36 quality steel and is formed and MIG and TIG welded by professional welders. It uses 1/8" top plates and 3/16" and 1/4" to minimize weight of the bumper. The lower mounts are 3/8" thick for extra strength.
There are cooling slots in the lower center for better airflow for radiator and engine compartment.
The winch is recessed into bumper 2 “for lower center of gravity and less stressed on bumper.
Battery cable holes are pre drilled into plate so that you do not need to run them inside the grill.
This bumper comes standard with 1” d-ring mounts welded inside and outside bumper for extreme strength.
On some 1998 Grand Cherokees, trimming will be require on the grills. The 5.9LLimited will definitely need the trimming prior to install.
This compact winch ready bumper will hold most winches up to 10,000 lbs.
This bumper has never been used and is raw steel, so it will need painted or powder coated.
The brush guard is an additional $140.

A new 4.0 litre twin-turbo V8 – the M178 engine – has been developed to replace the 6.2 litre V8 and, in initial tune, develops 503 bhp at 6250 rpm and 479lb/ft of torque from just 1750 rpm.

The Citroen DS range is due to launch in China during 2012, and the impressive Citroen Numero 9 Concept – which we’d assumed was going to be the Citroen DS9 (and may still be) – has been conceived to mark the launch of DS at Beijing later this month. A big Citroen flagship has been on the cards for some time and the Numero 9 is an evolution of the Citroen Metropolis Concept, which we thought could become the DS6, and is probably destined to go in to production at some point as the DS9.
