I boughT this car about 10 years ago as a stock. It is Jeep Wrangler 5 speed manual transmission with 2.5L engine. Week after I have purchased I have installed custom 4.5" lifted Rubicon Epxress Suspension with brand new gears and differentials to accomodate 33" tires. It also has Posi on a rear for better traction. The car had 76K miles and I was planning to explore California off roads. Unfortunately it never happened - my wife got pregnant and ever since then this car was just a weekend driver to carry bikes to the trail and to the races around Bay Area. I have spent over $10K for Suspension, tires and gears alone. It has a custom Roof Rack from a Canadian Company Top 5 comes with this car to a lucky buyer (over $300 in value). Car is in excellent mechanical condition, there are some minor paint scratches but nothing major for a 17 year old car. Recent smog check showed that Engine runs like brand new. I always change oil every 2,500 miles. KBB value of the car in current condition is $6000 as a stock car. This Jeep will run for a long time. These engines easily run 200000 miles with manual transmission. A car of this age should have 185000 miles but with 112000 you have at least 7 years of pain free driving.
Additionally it has ice cold AC, CD player, fuel tank guard and differentials rock sliders as well as side walls rock sliders. Needs a good driver and gas.

Lotus's new 2010 Elise dips below 150g/km of CO2

Fri, 09 Apr 2010

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 09 April 2010 07:53 The new facelifted 2011 model year Lotus Elise has cut its CO2 output by nearly a fifth to a saintly 149g/km.It's a 16% improvement over the outgoing Lotus Elise S and Hethel claims 'the Elise has the lowest CO2 for its performance level for any gasoline sports car in the world.' Lotus is getting combative with the new Elise, pointing out that the Elise weighs just 876kg – while the Porsche Boxster sends the scales spinning to 1334kg.So how come the new Lotus Elise is so clean? The aerodynamics are 4% smoother, according to Lotus, while a smaller Toyota 1.6-litre VVT-i engine is downsized by 200cc compared with the outgoing 1.8, yet produces the same power. The new 2011 model year (but on sale now in 2010) shows the benefits of lightweight: it'll hit 60mph in 6.0sec.

Watch the Jaguar Project 7 F-Type go up the Goodwood hillcimb

Jaguar Project 7 F-Type (pictured) tackles the Goodwood FoS hillclimb One of the surprises of the 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed has been the debut of the Jaguar Project 7 car, an F-Type with the more bountiful 542bhp supercharged V8 and styling stolen from the D-Type. Jaguar are saying Project 7 isn’t heading for production, but we’re pretty sure most of what’s underneath it – principally the 542bhp version of the supercahrged V8 – is in a production F-Type R. Perhaps surprisingly, fitting the 542bhp vresion of the V8 doesn’t seem to have done a lot for the F-Type’s sprint times, with 62mph coming up in 4.1 seconds, just 0.1 seconds quicker than the 495bhp engine in the standard Jaguar F-Type V8.
