However, CAR has learned that they are computer-generated images of the Focus RS and do not reveal the finished item, which will be launched at the 2008 London motor show in July.The three shots were used in an internal presentation in 2007 and insiders claim the finished car is considerably different. But only in limited numbers – just 20 cars hand-built by Mugen in the UK. This Mugen Civic Type R gets some much-needed mechanical and supension fettling, but costs a somewhat hefty £38.5k.
Nearly half of male drivers admit to sleeping at the wheel
Thu, 09 Jan 2014Nearly half of male drivers admit to having fallen asleep at the wheel, a survey has found. Road safety charity Brake and insurance company Direct Line found that 31% of all drivers admit to ‘head-nodding’ at the wheel – meaning they’ve fallen asleep while driving a car for between two and 30 seconds.
