good used rebuilt Jeep wrangler TJ 1997 to 2005 5 speed or Cherokee XJ 1997 to 2002 automatic or 5 speed and can be used in a Wrangler YJ 1987 to 1995 5 speed with a posi loc cable, Tj or Xj right axle or mechanically modifying actuator or a full time vacuum line run direct to disconnect actuator to keep it engaged full time which is the easiest and least costly to do. 231J new venture transfer case. has been completely disassembled, cleaned and inspected. New chain, range and mode fork pads and oil pump. Has a JB conversions super short slip yoke eliminator kit installed. speedometer sensor not included. This transfer case has a 3/4" length 23 spline input and was removed from a 1999 Cherokee XJ with a 6" lift. will be shipped dry or empty of fluid. if you are purchasing for a YJ let me know and I will change the front output yoke to a YJ drive shaft yoke. I also have the double cardon rear drive shaft for this transfer case for a XJ (could be shortened for a wrangler) that is not included if shipped but will include if the transfer case is picked up.
