I believe this came off of a bulldozer, but I do not know for sure.  Had a local parts store check it out and it works good.  Some key measurements:

Large bolt hole is approx 3/8" Dia and the bolt is 4" long.  The distance from center of hole to center of small bolt is approx 6 1/4".

Take a good look at the photos for they speak louder then words.

The 2011 Saab 9-5 SportCombi All has been fairly quiet on the Saab front of late. Spyker are getting on doing what they’re doing to push production and sales in the right direction. There’s been some talk about a Baby Saab – the Saab 9-2 – which will use a BMW/MINI Chassis and we’ve heard a whisper or three about something ‘Sporty’ at the Geneva Motor Motor Show in March.

BMW previews new M4

BMW has revealed several retro-fit enhancements for the new 4-series coupe, part of its M-Performance line of options. In the process the company has provided the first clues to its upcoming M4's appearance; the M4 will replace the just-discontinued BMW M3, and sources tell Autoweek the new performance coupe will make its world debut at the Detroit auto show next January. The performance package consists of an aggressive aero kit, various interior trim upgrades and suspension modifications.
