Each bumper has high degree approach angles and raised corners to maximize ground clearance. With 3/16" cold rolled steel bars and robotically welded to exact specifications, these bumpers are built to last and withstand the roughest off road abuse. Welds are ground and finished to give a one piece look. A two-stage textured matte black powder coating is applied for rugged functionality that will last years and a provide the ultimate style for your Wrangler. The KO Off Road Rear bumper included galvanized D rings, Aluminum locking handle for tire carrier, and tow hitch receiver. The tire carrier is made to handle heavy loads prepare you for extreme off road conditions where carrying a spare is a necessity. Former BMW designer Chris Chapman has been appointed as Hyundai's Chief Designer, based at its design center in Irvine, California. He will be responsible for both advanced and production design for the Korean brand and replaces Phil Zak, who left the company early in 2011 to return to GM. He will report to SukGeun Oh, Head of Design, Senior Executive Vice President Hyundai Design Center.
