bottom bag has a handle, a large compartment, a see thru plastic zippered pouch on top to see maps, phone, ipod etc.  with strong magnets to attach to the tank.

top bag has a large compartment with a zippered mesh pouch inside, and a see thru plastic zippered pouch on top, has back pack straps on this bag and can be worn or zipped onto the other bag. top of this bag is dusty from storage.

also included is a shoulder strap that can attach to either bag

Both bags have been gently used and come from a smoke free home

Survey Reveals Car Use Slump Despite Lower Petrol Prices

USUALLY the news that petrol prices are down would be cause for celebration, but the latest AA/Populus survey reveals that car use is also on the slide. Despite more wallet-friendly prices at the pumps the situation is failing to kick-start more car use. The poll of more than 18,000 AA members, conducted in June, revealed that just 7% were more relaxed about prices at the pumps, and were using their car more than a year ago.

GM returning to leasing with luxury vehicles

General Motors will return to the leasing business focusing on luxury vehicles, but not on a broader basis, Vice Chairman Bob Lutz said. "We will get back into leasing, but we are not going to use massive subsidized leasing to drive volume because it's volume without profitability," Lutz said July 29 in an interview with Automotive News. "We'd rather sell less at higher profit than sell more at lower profit." Lutz said it still would make sense for GM to do more leasing on its luxury vehicles.
