Land Rover unveils Discovery Vision Concept in New York

Land Rover revealed its Discovery Vision Concept at the USS Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum Monday night ahead of the New York auto show. Land Rover says it's a vision of future Discovery vehicles, the first of which is due in 2015. The Discovery is now sold as the LR4 in the United States, but Land Rover says it will eventually shift the name back to "Discovery" for the North American market -- that's what we knew it as when it first made landfall, anyway.

Citroen are teasing what appears to be a DS SUV ahead of the Shanghai Motor Show later in April – the Citroen Wild Rubis Concept. With French car makers suffering from a downturn in sales in recent years, one beacon of light has been the success of the resurrected DS badge to adorn a range of more upmarket Citroens. Barrett-Jackson sells Cobra Jet prototype for $200,000

A 2014 Ford Mustang Cobra Jet Prototype sold for $200,000 at the Barrett-Jackson Las Vegas sale. Proceeds from the charity sale will benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. That price is more than $100,000 over sticker for the Cobra Jet, which usually retails for $97,990.
