"Basic Kit Traditional Rocker Switch Control"             

   

   Up for sale is a heavy duty electronic chute control "BASIC KIT" for John Deere, Kioti, Kubota and more. You dont have to even open the hood on your tractor to install it!! The chute control uses a standard traditional rocker switch to actuate the chute up and down. Its a great kit for people with limited mechanical ability and dont like wiring. If you can drill 2 holes your pretty much done!! Its mounted in my "Plug and Play" box. This means No LARGE HOLES TO DRILL OR CUT IN YOUR DASH!  **CAUTION** OTHER KIT MAKERS EXPECT YOU TO "HEAT A RAZOR BLADE HELD WITH LOCKING PLIERS USING A BLOW TORCH" TO INSTALL THERE SWITCH. **!!** THIS IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS **!!**  Simply mount my control unit using the supplied industrial strength Velcro® or permanently mount your choice. I mounted mine to the top underside of the cab, or you could mount it pretty much anywhere. Some Ebayers have told me they have installed my kit in as little as 10 minutes! Designed by me a CET and Licensed Electronic Design Tech since 1982. I design Industrial Control Systems for a living and have decided to offer a better designed kit with no compromises. This kit has been tested in the harsh weather environment of Northern Maine the "Home of COLD wet and heavy snow!" This kit is made with the highest quality components available.   

   

   The motor control unit plugs into the accessory plug on your tractor. The plug also has a indicator light to indicate power on. NO NEED TO RUN WIRES TO YOUR BATTERY!  The actuator is HD Rated IP69k along with the control unit. Go from full open to full closed in approx 3 seconds. Mounting of the actuator is easy. Simply use the supplied template to mark the holes no measuring!! Then drill (drill bit is included) the holes to mount the actuator. Run the cable (Xtra guard® HD wire) from the actuator to the control box, everything has quick disconnects. Your done its that easy!!  Hit the button on the control box actuator move up or down. Release the button and the actuator stops. This will work on any blower system everything is provided to work on larger blowers.

   What my actuator system has over the others... no need to open your hood remove your side panels or your grill to run wires through your engine compartment or run to the store to buy anything. I use all stainless mounting and give you the highest quality actuator available. Complete "Plug and Play" system all controls are interchangeable. You wont even end up in the Emergency room getting stitches trying to install it!!!! Motor actuator has a rubber cover as a ADDED layer of protection, not needed by any means but shows how i like to over engineer things. The actuator is actually HD rated and designed for outdoor low temperature use. It also features internal limit switches AND clutch making it completely protected. Motor control unit has a blown fuse indicator that's easy to access and weather proof (you dont even need to open the hood of your tractor to change it). Automotive grade connectors. All connections are soldered for added strength. Entire system can be mounted and in use in just 1/2 hour or less. No need to cut a hole in your dash for a switch and then have to string wire through your motor compartment. Xtra guard® 2 cold weather heavy duty wire used throughout double insulated and i even add more protection over that!! Everything has high grade automotive quick disconnects so if you remove your blower or cab for the summer its no problem. This is simply the best and easiest kit out there!!! Everything is supplied, wire ties, mounting hardware, drill bit, instructions, mounting template and more! 

   No one offers you more options on chute actuators than i do! No one offers a higher quality kit than I do!! NOW AVAILABLE  Basic, Standard, and Deluxe kits.
