It will fit most all 6 HP Evinrude and Johnson Outboard outboard motors from 1967 up thru the mid 1970's including model #'s:

CD 23 to 6R75 and Evinrude models from the same years

Part number 382795 (complete gear case)

Housing number 382574 replaced with 387318, 389405, 390040

Complete with all gears, drive shaft (381206), water pump and prop shaft (305261)

There is minor wear on the skeg with no major dings and no cracks

I drained the oil for shipping and found it was very clean with no moisture meaning the unit had no leaks

I also pulled the bottom skeg and inspected the gears and shifter parts

I found everything in excellent condition with only minor wear

I reassembled it and resealed the two halves with sealer so it is ready to install as soon as you add oil

The water pump has a good impeller

This used lower unit is in very good usable condition
