New upper driveshaft removed from a new Evinrude E-Tec 150 motor to swap in a different length driveshaft. OEM, not aftermarket. Part # 5007136. Fits several models, this is for a 20" (L) Long Shaft, not 25" (XL) model. Check your existing shaft for overall length (24 3/4") and length from top of driveshaft splines to top of water pump drive flat (20 1/4"). Or, let me know your motor's model #. The Tokyo Motor Show today saw VW unveil a second iteration of their new small family car – a third model will be shown at the LA Auto Show in November 2007. Called the Space Up!, the rear-engined car is a stretched version of the three-door we saw at the Frankfurt Motor Show earlier in the year.
Land Rover builds 1,000,000th Discovery
Wed, 29 Feb 2012The 1,000,000th Land Rover Discovery has rolled off the line at the company's Solihull plant in West Midlands in the United Kingdom. To celebrate the milestone, Land Rover is sending the SUV on an 8,000-mile, 13-country “Journey of Discovery” from Birmingham to Beijing for the motor show on April 23. The company did the same thing in 1955 when the first Series 1 rolled off the line.
Peugeot 2008 Concept
Wed, 19 Sep 2012Peugeot will unveil its new 2008 Concept at next week's Paris motor show, developed by design teams in Paris, Shanghai and Sao Paolo. The automaker has confirmed that the 2008 will go into production; first in France, then China and then Brazil as a global product. It comes after Peugeot displayed its Urban Crossover concept at this year's Beijing auto show, which bears an uncanny resemblance to the 2008. The 2008 concept, which measures 4,140mm long and 1,730mm wide, is painted matte fluorescent yellow with dark chrome surrounding the now-familar floating grille and the air inlets integrated into the fender.
