Up for grabs, I have a lower unit removed from a 1988 88 HP Evinrude V4 outboard. The lower unit is in good working condition. It shifts into both forward and reverse gears. The gear oil is cleans without signs of water. There is a slight bend in the skeg, but it can be bent back pretty easily with heat and a mallet, or just used as it is. I believe this will fit most V4 OMC motors from the late 1980's and 1990's. I'm not sure of the exact list of motors this will fit, so please do your own research.
