The all-new new car, which will debut at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance this summer, is claimed to be 'exceptional in all respects on the road' as well as 'the purest expression of the Bentley spirit'. According to reports in the Sunday Times and the Daily Mail, the new surveillance system costs as little as £16,000, and is able to record and recognise the number plates of illegally parked cars outside schools.
