Limited Warranty: CCMS (Chris Carson's Marine Service) reed valves are a racing or high-performance part, and as such have no warranty coverage other than replacement due to faulty workmanship or materials, causing a failure of a reed valve itself. CCMS will replace any reed valve or set having failed due to faulty workmanship or materials from 1 year from the date of purchase, providing the reeds were not installed incorrectly, modified, or burned due to lean conditions. This warranty is limited to the replacement of reeds only, not installation labor. CCMS reeds are designed to use the original factory hardware used with the OEM reeds. CCMS or any CCMS dealer will NOT be held responsible in any way for damage, injury, financial loss, or any other loss involving the use or failure of CCMS products. CCMS will provide at no charge a replacement reed leaf or two should a customer damage a reed by accident, during the warranty period. Any warranty claims will be returned directly to CCMS for evaluation and processing. Jaguar Land Rover raise £500 million to fund expansion
Fri, 23 Mar 2012Jaguar Land Rover raise £500 million Jaguar Land Rover is raising £500 million on the bond market to fund its expansion, including new models and new facilities. Hot on the heels of the Jaguar Land Rover joint venture deal with Chery in China comes the news that Jaguar has dipped in to the private bond market to raise £500 million to help with its bold and bullish plans to make JLR a major world player in the premium vehicle sector. JLR plans to invest £1.5 billion a year on expansion and is making sure its coffers can cope by issuing £500 million of senior notes due in 2020, with the net proceeds of the bonds being used for general corporate purposes.

If it is indeed a model of the finished 9-3, then it shows that the 2011 Phoenix concept car was influential in guiding what should become Saab's best-seller.

It's called the GT1, and CAR has been given the lowdown on this new supercar. The car you see here is a 25% scale model of the De Macross GT1, which is being developed in conjunction with component manufacturer Multimatic.
