Condition:New other (see details)

An outstanding reproduction vinyl decal (NOT water transfer) for the popular 1.5 hp. vintage Johnson Sea Horse outboard boat motor. This 1½” x 18” decal is designed for the wraparound square gas tank of this lightweight 27 lb. boat motor that helped to make Johnson one of the premier outboard manufacturers of the 1920’s-1930’s. It, along with the twin A-25, rapidly became the favorite of a generation of fishermen, boat liveries and cottage owners. This decal has been expertly reproduced with bright colors of red, black and gold on high quality outdoor vinyl with a clear-coating for long life. It comes with a facing material attached and instructions for ease of application. It will truly be the finishing touch that makes that old “kicker” look showroom/display new. You won’t be disappointed. It is a “must have” decal for that restoration/renovation of the Johnson Sea Horse J-25 single. Starting bid $11.00, shipping and packaging $3.95.

New Lexus IS to debut at 2013 Detroit Auto Show

Wed, 05 Dec 2012

The new Lexus IS - previewed at this year’s Paris Motor Show by the Lexus LF-CC Concept – will debut at the Detroit Auto Show in January 2013. Lexus effectively previewed the new IS with the Lexus LF-CC Concept (above) at the Paris Motor show in September (although that really previews a new Lexus IS Coupe to follow) so we know the new IS is going to follow the current Lexus path of producing good looking cars (like the latest Lexus GS). This time round it looks like Lexus are going to offer a hybrid IS 3000 as the route to the heart of fleet buyers in Europe with a 2.5 litre petrol four-cylinder mated to the usual box of batteries and motor, all running through a CVT ‘box (sadly).

Revised Dacia Sandero (2012) first official pictures

Tue, 18 Sep 2012

It’s been five years in the making but Dacia has uncovered the latest version of the Sandero ahead of its official launch at the Paris motor show. There's been a styling overhaul inside and out, but it's the Dacia's low price that'll get consumers excited... The 2012 Dacia Sandero's exterior changes You may struggle to identify any major aesthetic changes from the old Sandero, but Dacia claim its new model incorporates ‘more assertive, status-enhancing design cues.’ One thing's for sure, Dacia has made an effort to bring the Sandero in line with its other models, such as the Duster, with a more angular front end and sculpted flanks.

Lotus gets Ferrari Designer

Wed, 16 Dec 2009

Ferrari Designer Donato Coco joins Lotus as Director of Design As we’ve reported umpteen times this year, Lotus are getting things very right. They’re selling the new Lotus Evora hand over fist and have plans in place to a convertible Evora and of course the new Lotus Esprit. Part of the long-term plan at Lotus is to bring the Hethel boys back to the top of the heap in the way Lotus were in the glory days of Colin Chapman.
