Tony DeLorenzo to be inducted into Bloomington Gold's Great Hall
Tue, 24 May 2011Corvette racer Tony DeLorenzo and his 1967 L88 Corvette are being inducted into the Bloomington Gold Great Hall in St. Charles, Ill., on June 24. It's part of Bloomington Gold's honoring the 50 people and 50 cars that played the biggest roles in Chevrolet Corvette racing lore.

Now he's been made the permanent CEO of Vauxhall and Opel, making him the man charged with guiding GM's European division back to profitability.GM has big plans for Opel and Vauxhall, but has made no secret that there will be widespread pain and change before the good times return. The turnaround plan is nearing completion and it's expected there will be around 8300 redundancies, spread around Europe.
Kia Track’ster is a bonkers 4wd 250bhp concept
Wed, 08 Feb 2012The barking mad Kia Tracks'ter The Kia Trackster Concept has been revealed as a three-door, 250bhp, 4WD track version of the Soul. The Kia Soul may not be thye first car you’d think of turning in to a hot hatch, but that hasn’t stopped the Kia Track’ster arriving as a concept at the Chicago Motor Show today. Based on the Soul, the Tracks’ter (those Kia apostrophes again) gets 4WD, loses its back seats to what Kia call an “Integrated Equipment Tray” instead, gets a 2.0 litre turbo with 250bhp mated to a six-speed ‘box and a set of 19″ alloys.
