Return ship costs will only be covered by NCIX on defective/DOA products. For all other returns (including returns as of the result of the Buyer filing a PayPal Dispute), the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

All items returned without prior approval and/or a RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.

Customers who refuse a delivery without approval will be subject/responsible for the shipping charges already billed to them or incurred to return the product.
