Thank you for checking out our items.  We do our best to represent items accurately and are happy to answer any additional questions.  This is a second job for us; we list multiple items as well as a huge variety of items, so we do make honest mistakes and are not experts regarding some of the treasures we list, but we try to offer items at a fair price and handle business professionally and honestly.  Most items are estate sale items and sometimes require some clean up.  We usually list them just the way they come from the auctions. SHIPPING:  We usually are able to ship purchases out within two days; however, five days would be the maximum time for handling.  We are located in western Nebraska, zip:  69337; so often postage is higher to either coast and sometimes slow! I take extra care in packing items to arrive safely.  See recent message from a customer below:

PAYMENTS:  PayPal is the only accepted payment, and it must be from a CONFIRMED PAYMENT.  Payment is expected within 3 days of the close of auction or within 24 hours when using a Buy it Now option.

RETURNS:  I do not accept returns unless there is an unusual circumstance, and then we can work something out.  It is easier for me to manage beings this is not my only job. 

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS:   Most of my items are set up on the global shipping program, and you deal with them for shipping.  I prefer the global shipping because shipping direct causes me some income tax issues. However, I understand the global shipping is often difficult for international buyers also, so it may possible to ship direct in many cases.  But you must contact me prior to bidding or purchasing the item. If shipped directly, please note that shipping costs do not reflect any additional taxes, tariffs or customs fees imposed by receiving countries.  These are in addition to and the responsibility of the buyer.  Please check with your customs office for a list of these fees.  I do charge a handling fee of $1.50 over the actual cost of shipping for international shipping.  I will invoice you upon purchase.  Thank you.
