2002-2004 Nissan Xterra 3.3L V6 S/C

The K&N 57-6010 FIPK air intake system replaces the restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing in some Nissan Xterra and Frontier models. K&N intakes are designed to dramatically reduce intake restriction as they smooth and straighten air flow. This allows your engine to inhale a larger amount of air than the factory air filter assembly. More air means more usable power and acceleration throughout the engine’s RPM range. The 57-6010 air intake comes with a chrome topped K&N high-flow air filter and a heat shield that installs into the previous air box space. Air is directed through an aerodynamically engineered intake tube into the engine’s throttle body for a guaranteed power gain. The tube accommodates the factory mass air sensor, air temperature sensor and two vent lines. The oversized cone shaped air filter can be used for up to 100,000 miles before servicing is needed depending on driving conditions. This air intake is relatively easy to install usually in 90 minutes or less using existing factory mounting points. The tools needed are a screwdriver, pliers, a ratchet set and several wrenches. K&N 57 Series FIPK's are street legal in all 50 US states and come with K&N's Million Mile Limited Warranty.

Driven: Chevrolet Cruze Hatchback

Wed, 10 Aug 2011

The C-segment is one of the most important sectors of the automotive market, with every mainstream manufacturer having at least one car competing within. From Alfa Romeo's Giulietta through to the Lexus CT200h and Volvo's C30, there really is a car for everyone. So, in a potentially saturated marketplace, what can a Chevrolet hatchback offer above and beyond a nostalgic name and a tenuous link to an American heritage?

The all-new 2015 Chrysler 200 is finally here

Mon, 13 Jan 2014

Today at the Detroit Auto Show, Chrysler has official taken the covers off the new Chrysler 200 sedan. It's a complete redesign, not a facelift -- and it's here not a moment too soon. The first generation of the Sebring-derived 200 may have had some impressive ad campaigns to stoke its sales, but at the end of the day the car was never really a hot seller.
