Condition:Used

6A27T Assembly Date, VIN Stamped on Block 6R09K165610. Pulled from a 1966 Fastback Mustang that was built in the San Jose,Ca plant. Been sitting between the frame rails of a 1930 Model A Pickup since 1980/81. The Truck it's in was a famous Nor Cal Drag Truck 1959-65. Owner owned Havenscourt Garages in Oakland and San Leandro,Ca. In the early 80s his son wanted to turn the truck into a Street Rod and the engine was pulled from a customer's wrecked Mustang. The project was never finished. I recently purchased the truck and discovered it was a K Code. I fired the engine up and made a quick video on You Tube, I can't post the link on Ebay,  search You Tube  "1966 K Code 289 date code matching original"  I have more photos but Ebay only allowed 12. All dates are correct on the specific parts. Still has the original Carter Fuel Pump, although the fuel pump will need a rebuild. Missing the correct Autolite Carburetor. Engine is listed on the K Code exchange board as well. I don't have to tell you how rare these engines are, especially one that's running and date matching. 510-648-9284 I will pull the engine from the truck and set on a Pallet so that it can be shipped if needed. Volvo Concept Estate revealed ahead of Geneva

Thu, 27 Feb 2014

The Volvo concept estate (pictured) debuts at Geneva We had the first glimpse of what we now know is the Volvo Concept Estate over the weekend when a Swedish raincoat manufacturer published a series of teaser photo sof the latestr Volvo Concept, and now Volvo has revealed it ahead of a Geneva debut. Just as the Volvo Concept Coupe was a modern interpretation of the icon Volvo P1800, the Concept estate is a reworking of the car the P1800 became in its final iteration – the Volvo P1800 ES. The P1800 ES was a Shooting Brake in the proper car sense – none of the modern interpretation where a Shooting Brake has become a four-door coupe estate – and the Concept estate is just the same – a two-door coupe with a stylish estate rear.
