SWITCH IS MISSING INSTUCTIONS-ONE GREEN LENS AND MOUNTING HARDWARE. BUTTONS ARE IN GREAT SHAPE, NO RUST OR CORROSION WIRE ARE GOOD. THIS WAS OEM ON SOME MACK TRUCKS,BUT WAS ALOS USED ON OTHER MAKES.
