This is a complete, K&N 57 Series Generation II --- FIPK --- performance air intake kit that will fit 1996-2005 Chevrolet Blazer and 1996-2004 Chevrolet S-10 Pickup and 1996-2001 GMC Jimmy and 1996-2004 GMC Sonoma model vehicles with 4.3L V6 engines. Please refer to the chart below for the exact applications. All applications are legal for street use in all 50 state. The emissions CARB sticker is included in this sale. This kit replaces your vehicles restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing. K&N estimates a horsepower gain of 7.42 HP @ 4671 RPM. The filters are washable and reusable. It is K&N part number 57-3017-2. This kit was used for display purposes at trade shows and has minor, cosmetic scratching on the heat shield due to careless handling. The new Mercedes SL (which is either a 2012 or 2013 model, depending on which side of the Pond you are) is due to arrive in January at the Detroit Motor Show. But it’s turned up a bit earlier than Mercedes wants thanks to a brochure leak picked up by the guys at Autoblog.nl.
