Return policy details:Items will be accepted for return within 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund in addition to the restocking fee. You must contact us before returning any items. Items must be returned shipping pre-paid and insured for the full value of the items being returned. Items returned must be complete, undamaged, and unused including all packaging, mounting hardware, wires, cables, documentation, etc.
Returns not subject to shipping charges and restocking fees are:

If you have received an incorrect or defective item you must contact us within 30 days of purchase. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration announced Monday it will look into whether steering shafts in Toyota Prius models spanning from 2004 through 2009 model years are defective. According to the Detroit News, NHTSA has already recalled the Toyota Prius twice for steering-shaft problems. In 2012, 669,000 Prius vehicles from 2004-2009 model years were recalled to replace the steering-shaft extension assembly.
