Return policy details:Items will be accepted for return within 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund in addition to the restocking fee. You must contact us before returning any items. Items must be returned shipping pre-paid and insured for the full value of the items being returned. Items returned must be complete, undamaged, and unused including all packaging, mounting hardware, wires, cables, documentation, etc.
Returns not subject to shipping charges and restocking fees are:

If you have received an incorrect or defective item you must contact us within 30 days of purchase. Lexus plans to show a production-ready compact SUV to rival the Audi Q3 and BMW X1 at the 2014 Geneva motor show, a company source said. The hybrid model, which will be based on the redesigned Toyota RAV4, will slot below the Lexus RX 450h. It was unclear if or when the vehicle would come to North America.
