Here is a used K&N cold air intake for 99-03 gm trucks with 4.8 and 5.3.  Everything including all the hardware is included minus the allen wrench that comes with it but really, if you need the tools that come with aftermarket items to install them, then you probably shouldn't be installing them anyway.  The chrome tube has a fair amount of scratches and one spot that looks like it was rubbing on something and has worn off the finish.  It is not car show worthy but will perform just like it should.  The filter is pretty dirty and should be cleaned before use.  I do not know the mileage or age of this as it did not come off my vehicle.    This kit sells for $267 new.

Renault teases extra hot Megane RS

Mon, 28 Apr 2014

Renault has teased a new, more hardcore version of its Megane Renaultsport coupe on its Facebook page, hinting that the French firm is developing an even more focused version of the sporty hatch to rival the SEAT Leon Cupra 280. The picture appeared with the hastag “#Under8”, meaning the SEAT is a logical target. The Cupra 280 model recently set the front-wheel drive Nurburgring production car lap record with a time of 7 minutes 58.4 seconds.

Nissan 370Z Nismo cost £36,995 & rest of 370Z range gets a price cut

Fri, 24 May 2013

The extra bang you get from the Nismo isn’t that great – it gets just 13bhp more than the regular 370Z – but it does get tweaked suspension, brakes and a sports exhaust as well as a rather OTT body kit. The body kit may be a bit too brash for many tastes, but Nissan do say it gives the 370Z levels of downforce that rival the GT-R, so when your neighbours laugh at your Halfords-esque 370Z you can tell them it’s all about the go and not the show. We’re sure they’ll believe you.

Top Gear’s Clarkson & May run out of charge in a LEAF & iOn

Thu, 12 May 2011

Jeremy and James look for somewhere to plug in the LEAF and iOn Top Gear and electric cars don’t really mix. Unless of course they build the electric car themselves, and then you have a world-beating product in the Hammerhead Eagle i-Thrust. But Top Gear and Tesla wasn’t exactly a success story.
