Ford has announced this afternoon that the much awaited Ford Focus RS has now started to roll off the production line at its plant in Saarlouis, Germany. Long awaited, and much anticipated, the Focus RS is going to be available in 20 countries throughout Europe, with its biggest markets being Germany and the UK. Ford Focus RS rolls off the production line
The Focus RS has a number of unique features – apart from its performance – including a wider track and wheel arches, new front and rear bumpers and a choice of three colours – Ultimate Green, Performance Blue and Frozen White.

Pictures of the new Porsche 911 GT3 RS have leaked out on the Internet--and this street demon is expected to pack quite a punch. Displacement will grow to 4.0 liters, which helps to boost output to almost 500 hp. A version of this mill is employed in the competition version of this car as well.

Peter Wheeler, the chairman of TVR from 1980 to 2004, has died. Wheeler was in charge of TVR during some of the company’s finest modern years, launching lightweight and powerful rear-wheel drive Blackpool-built sports car including the Chimaera and Griffith, and the Cerbera, Tuscan, Tamora and Sagaris with TVR's own engine. Wheeler passed away during the night on Thursday 11 June after a short illness.
