This is a complete, K&N 77 Series High-Flow Performance air intake kit for 2007-2010 Ford F350 and 2007-2010 Ford F250 Super Duty model vehicles with 5.4L V8 engines. Please refer to the chart below for exact applications and please verify that your application is legal for street use in your state. It is K&N part number 77-2577KTK. This air intake kit replaces your vehicle's factory air filter and air intake housing and is designed to dramatically reduce intake restrictions which means more power and acceleration throughout the engine's RPM range. K&N estimates a horse power gain of 13.93 HP @ 4077 RPM. The filter on this kit is washable and re-usable. This kit has never been installed on a running vehicle, it was used for display purposes at trade show. As can be seen in the picture, there are several minor, cosmetic dents on the tube body due to careless handling. Free shipping and handling to US48 only. Porsche chief Wendelin Wiedeking resigns
Thu, 23 Jul 2009Porsche chairman Wendelin Wiedeking has bowed to mounting pressure in announcing that he will step down immediately. The resignation came Thursday, following a surprise meeting of the company's supervisory board at its Weissach R&D headquarters outside of Stuttgart, Germany, on Wednesday night. Wiedeking's announcement comes after months of tense and public infighting following Porsche's failed attempt to wrest control of Volkswagen, which left it with $12.7 billion in debt, and slowing sales in key markets such as North America.
