Pininfarina 2uettottanta (2010) at Geneva motor show

Thu, 04 Mar 2010

How do you make a Ferrari 458 Italia and Maserati Grancabrio look a bit bland? Plonk them on stage next to your stunning concept. That’s exactly what Pininfarina did at the 2010 Geneva motor show with its Alfa Romeo 2uettottanta show car, and next to it the black 458 and cream Grancabrio garnered no attention whatsoever.

Peugeot 508 (2011): first official pictures of France's Mondeo

Mon, 12 Jul 2010

This is the new Peugeot 508, said to be the first Peugeot to introduce the new design look spun from the SR1 concept first seen back in January 2010. The 508 replaces two cars – the 407 and 607 – and will be available in both saloon and estate bodystyles when it goes on sale at the start of 2011. It's very similar to the 5 concept car shown earlier in 2010, but somehow lacks the stylistic class of recent Peugeots such as the RCZ.

Jaguar F-Type: Fearless

Fri, 06 Jul 2012

Jaguar is continuing its PR assault for the new F-Type with a video setting out just how special the new Jaguar F-Type will be. If there’s one thing that separates ’New Jaguar’ from ‘Old Jaguar’ it’s their willingness to embrace every opportunity to positively promote their cars at every possible turn and in every possible way. The launch of the new XJ properly started the new style of PR offensives when Jaguar managed to release what seemed like a thousand teasers for their new big Cat before we’d even seen it in the flesh, and that was a full year before the first new XJs even hit Jaguar showrooms.
