It was last Christmas when BMW told us that the new Gran Coupe would be priced from £61,380 in the UK (for the entry-level 640i Gran Coupe). For some reason best known to BMW’s bean counters that seems to have gone up by a tenner since December, and the 640d has gone up by a fiver.
