For a Mercedes Benz 230SL, 250SL, 280SL (W113), 250S, 250SE, 280SE, 280SEL (W108, W109), 250SE Coupe, 250SE Coupe (W111, W112), 200, 220, 250, 230, 280C, 280CE, 280, 200D, 240D (early W114, W115, Strichacht, /8).

Condition

The Seat Belt Buckles are in nice condition and in good working order. Nice Mercedes Star Emblem with surface scratches. The Chrome is nice and shiny.

Chicago tuner breaks 9-second mark with Nissan GT-R

AMS Performance of Chicago, holder of the fastest quarter-mile time in a Nissan GT-R, has set the bar higher with an 8.97-second run at 169 mph. According to AMS, the run also grabbed the fastest 60-to-130-mph time, at 3.34 seconds. The Alpha 12, the shop's flagship performance package, cranks up the GT-R's output to 1,500 hp.

Porsche buys Nardo for high-speed tests

Porsche has announced it is to take ownership of the famous Nardo Proving Ground in southern Italy. The company's engineering consultancy wing, the Porsche Engineering Group, will assume ownership as of May 2012. Nardo is currently owned by Italian firm Prototipo SpA. No fee has been disclosed by either party.
