This 196cc clone was built with the adult clone AKRA racer in mind.
It is built with the sought after 151 casting head, Dyno CL3 cam, PVL aluminum flywheel, legal lift, and so on. It is broken in and ready for you to add oil, clutch and go race with the adult classes or you can run it as a jr class with a plate I imagine if plates are your thing.. THERE WILL BE NO OIL IN THE MOTOR FOR SHIPPING So here is the deal. I had this sold and the buyer has disappeared before paying so now its up for sale again (naked as shown) because that was the way the buyer wanted it. It can be put back to the fully accessorized state as shown in the last three pictures if you like for $100 more BUT IT IS IN A NAKED STATE as shown in the first pictures. Mon, 23 Sep 2013LEARNER DRIVERS are being urged to make sure their instructor is operating legally after dozens have been convicted for not having the correct licence, The Driving Standards Agency (DSA) has said. The warning from the DSA comes after more than 123 people have been arrested for offences relating to illegal driving instruction in the last four years. Of those 39 were convicted and 31 received police cautions, the DSA said.
