2014 Nissan Qashqai close to being driverless

Nissan has revealed that the new 2014 Qashqai is just one step away from becoming a self-driving car. Packed with technology, the Qashqai can already do an awful lot with little driver input, including park, read road signs and avoid collisions. 2014 European Car of the Year shortlist announced

Established in 1964, the European Car of the Year award was set up to celebrate a “single, decisive winner” each year among all new cars in Europe. So, now running into its fiftieth year, the shortlist for the landmark half-century award for the European Car of the Year 2014 has been announced. The seven runners and riders boast among them an interesting and varied mix of bodystyles, shapes, sizes and even powertrains.

And the rather less than accurate SatNav which always seems to have a brainstorm wherever I want to go and sends me somewhere else.  And it’s not just in the RCZ; I have the same problem in every Peugeot I’ve driven recently.
